Lubesec breathers offer a robust and economical way to protect conservator tanks from humidity and condensation. By drying incoming air, they prevent moisture from degrading the insulating oil, helping to avoid equipment failure and costly downtime.
Constructed from UV-stabilised clear polycarbonate, each breather is equipped with a maintenance-free, two-way low-pressure relief valve. Designed for long-term use, they connect easily via a ¾” BSP female thread and are fully reusable throughout the life of the transformer.
No more messy oil bowls or desiccant contamination. The Lubesec breather is simple to maintain; just unscrew, remove the filter and O-ring, empty the saturated gel, and refill with new desiccant.
Available in three sizes, each unit is filled with orange-to-green indicating silica gel to provide a clear visual cue when replacement or regeneration is needed.
