Integrated air-supply
The integrated air supply powers the pneumatic pump system, ensuring reliable and efficient lubricant circulation and dispensing without the need for external equipment.

Compatible with 20L, 50L, and 200L OEM steel drums and 1000L IBC containers. Bespoke tank lengths available on request..

Oil Dispensing tap
The oil dispensing tap enables controlled, clean and accurate lubricant dispensing, reducing spills and minimising the risk of contamination.

The suction and return hoses create a closed-loop circulation system, continuously drawing lubricant from the drum or tank and returning it after filtration to maintain oil cleanliness and prevent contamination.

The drum adapter provides a secure and leak-free connection between the Lubristation™ Alex and the lubricant drum, ensuring safe and efficient oil transfer. Suction tube cut to length to cater for different drum sizes.

The extra adapter provides additional reach and flexibility, enabling clean and convenient lubricant transfer to multiple filling or dispensing points.

Lube ID colour coding system with 10 combinations prevents cross-contamination. Fully compatible with OilSafe® identification systems.

FAQ - Lubristation™ Alex
All-in-one Lubrication Excellence
New lubricants are mostly not as clean as required by OEM machinery specifications.
OEM will recommend ISO 4406 class cleanliness and you should compare with the ISO value of your new lubricant. Lubristation™ Alex will recondition the oils by loop filtration to the desired cleanliness level.
Depending on the desired ISO 4406 cleanliness level the oil needs to circulate and pass the filter at least 5-7 times ( rule of thumb ). Based on the average flow rate of the pump we suggest to circulate at least 1 hour .
Of course the higher the cleanliness requirement ( eg hydraulic oils ) the longer the filtration time. Optional 3 µ filter cartridges are available in order to even get better cleanliness results.
In a Lubrication Reliability Program it is recommended to sample each new oil before use. For 2 reasons : 1. have a base reference for later oil sampling on machinery and 2. to control cleanliness level at the end of loop filtration.
Samples of new received lubricant - before loop filtration - can also be used to register and compare to the cleanliness level noted by the lube supplier.
Professional industrial type Desiccant breathers protect the lubricants from ingress contamination like dust, particles, moisture. When oil leaves the drum, environmental air will replace the space .
The Lubesec desiccant breather contains ( non toxic, non cobalt blue ) saturation indicators and the yellow/orange beads will change to dark green when the unit is ready for exchange.
When dispensing lubricants over the plant equipment it can be very useful to track oil consumption. These data are used to manage historic or trending consumption of lubricants and can be compared to standard oil consumption.
With identification of anomalies, machine reliability issues can be detected in advance.
Lubristation™Alex is ideal for remixing lubricants with high additive contents in suspension.
Some MoS² , Cu , Graphite based additives tend to settle while stored in drums. A perfect mixture can be obtained using the Lubristation™Alex without filter option in order to recirculate high content additives before dispensing and transfer to machinery.
It is never recommended to use filtration with these type of lubricants.
The Alex unit is extremely easy to mount to any vertical wall in case of operation with 20-50-200 L drums. The cabinet backside is designed to mount directly with screws/anker bolds or similar.
In lube room containers with corrugated steel walls, a intermediate U-profile can be used. On IBC’s, direct mounting frames are also available.
A stand alone ( not wall fixed ) frame with integrated retention tank will be available soon.
